in case you were wondering…
1. i like my middle name better than my last name. that’s why i go by shay jordan.
2. I was born the day after my dad, 28 years later.
3. lists are a staple in my life. i make them for everything in attempt to keep myself organized and motivated.
4. i have 2 dogs, one of which is 15 and the other is 8 months.
5. i have a bird. i hate pet birds, but this one is tolerable.
6. i disagree with over-breeding of animals, and animal cruelty in general.
7. i only eat meat because my doctor told me to, because my health problems require it.
8. i have had health problems my whole life. if it’s weird or uncommon, i’ve had it.
9. i love milk and all dairy products a whole lot, but i am partially lactose-intolerant.
10. i love riding in cars, although i get very carsick.
11. if im riding in a car, my window is 99.99% of the time down (regardless of weather)
12. if my window is down, my arm is 100% of the time sticking out of it.
13. i’d rather have fruits and veggies than cake and ice cream ANY DAY.
14. i don’t like cake. sorry cake, but you suck. i also am not a huge fan of cookies or pie.
15. I take online classes towards a communication major with an emphasis in interpersonal communications.
16. i have an irrational fear of cotton and slugs.
17. i have a rational fear of rape and drowning.
18. spiders or any strange bugs make me very nervous. especially in the dark.
19. when its dark outside and light inside, i MUST have the blinds/curtains pulled. im paranoid.
20. I have always had a poor body image. This will never change…
21. I work at a “dollar-type” store, and LOVE it. i couldn’t be happier.
22. i would give anyone the shirt off my back.
23. i dont drive yet, for numerous reasons.

26. I love putting on makeup and doing my hair, but sadly, most days I am just too busy or lazy to.

28. i am the only girl in my generation. i have all boy cousins and brothers.
29. i have a half-brother, a neice, and a nephew who i have never met in person.

145. i sponsor a 5 year old boy in Mexico named Ismael, who i someday will visit.
146. i have a jar that is decorated with spanish phrases and holds change. in two summers, that change will go to a month of mission work in mexico.
147. massages are about my favorite thing, ever. i have chronic pain conditions, so when i can stand them, i would get a massage every day if i could. my future husband will help me in this goal.

149. i have 2 tattoos, and currently 14 piercings: my ears, my nose, my tongue and my belly button. i dont wear earrings in 4 of the holes.
150. i hate when people judge me for my piercings. theyre not that bad.
